| CVE-2026-48503 | 2026-10-16 | 7.5 High | ||
| libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. Prior to 1.6.2, the MMS file service in src/mms/iso_mms/server/mms_file_service.c accepts an out-of-range initialPosition in fileOpen and stores it in the file-read state. The fileRead path then subtracts the larger read position from the file size using unsigned arithmetic and fails to limit the response to the actual FileSystem_readFile return value. The oversized response can include stale bytes from the reused connection buffer after the requested file contents, disclosing prior response data and protocol fragments to an unauthenticated remote client when the file service is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. | ||||
| CVE-2026-42270 | 2026-10-16 | 7.5 High | ||
| countly-server is the server-side part of Countly, a product analytics solution. Prior to 24.05.50 and 25.03.44, star-rating/images/ and dashboards/images/screenshots/ are among public image and screenshot routes using the local fs storage backend that call getStream and pipe filesystem streams to HTTP responses without an error listener. An unauthenticated request containing a URL-encoded dot can make createReadStream open a directory, emit an asynchronous EISDIR error, and terminate the Node.js process as an unhandled exception, allowing repeated requests to keep the analytics API unavailable. The affected routes also include /appimages/*, /memberimages/*, and */screenshots/*. This issue is fixed in versions 24.05.50 and 25.03.44. | ||||

| Improper input validation in getting cover image in libsimba.heifdec.media.samsung.so prior to SMR Oct-2026 Release 1 allows local attackers to write out-of-bounds memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-21123 | 1 Samsung Mobile | 1 Samsung Mobile Devices | 2026-10-16 | N/A |
| Improper privilege management in Locksettings prior to SMR Oct-2026 Release 1 allows local privileged attackers with root privilege to access data of the tied profile in before first unlock. | ||||
| CVE-2026-21121 | 1 Samsung Mobile | 1 Samsung Mobile Devices | 2026-10-16 | N/A |
| Improper handling of insufficient permission in CmcCore prior to SMR Oct-2026 Release 1 allows local attackers to use the privileged APIs. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111446 | 2026-10-16 | 8.6 High | ||
| Wheels 4.0.0 through 4.1.2 exposes password-less development tools under /wheels/* to remote clients when enablePublicComponent=true, as it is by default in development. Before 4.1.2 these tools have no local-access restriction; in 4.1.2 the restriction trusts client-supplied headers without checking the connecting peer. Remote clients can obtain application settings, environment/datasource details and routes, and start test runs. Where application tests use the primary datasource, those runs can write to the real application database. The separately protected migrator and CLI endpoints are not affected. This is fixed in 4.2.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111388 | 1 Frappe | 1 Frappe | 2026-10-16 | 5.4 Medium |
| Frappe Framework before 15.120.0 and 16.x before 16.33.0 does not enforce the per-user restrict_ip allowlist for non-session authentication methods, including API key, OAuth, and header-based authentication. Attackers holding valid credentials of these types can authenticate from IP addresses outside the allowlist, defeating the configured network-based access restrictions. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111383 | 2026-10-16 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Nezha from 2.0.13 before 2.3.15 contains a resource exhaustion vulnerability that allows authenticated users to open unbounded concurrent connections to the /api/v1/ws/transfer WebSocket endpoint. Attackers can hold thousands of subscriptions created by ServerTransferClass.Subscribe without limits, exhausting file descriptors, memory, and goroutines and blocking agent gRPC reconnections. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111378 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-16 | 7.5 High |
| FreeRDP from 3.0.0 before 3.32.0 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in parse_nla_mode_pdu that allows unauthenticated attackers to exhaust server memory. Attackers can complete TLS and stream bytes not beginning with the DER SEQUENCE tag 0x30, causing unbounded receive buffer growth before NLA authentication. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111373 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-16 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the websocket transport that allows a malicious gateway to crash clients by sending zero-length pings. When the payload length is zero, websocket_reply_pong passes a nullptr stream to websocket_reply_close, triggering an assertion failure that terminates the client process and causes denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111365 | 2026-10-16 | 6 Medium | ||
| cool-admin-midway through 8.0.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows non-superadmin admins to read, modify, or delete other admins' roles by supplying arbitrary role ids. Attackers holding ordinary sys:role permissions can call /admin/sys/role/info, update, or delete with another admin's role id to rewrite menu and department grants, changing other users' effective access. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111356 | 1 Maccms | 1 Maccms | 2026-10-16 | 7.4 High |
| MacCMS v10 through 2026.1000.4056 does not limit attempts on the six-digit password recovery code, allowing unauthenticated attackers to take over member accounts. Attackers knowing a victim's email or phone can request a code and brute-force findpass_reset to overwrite the member's password. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111351 | 2026-10-16 | 4.2 Medium | ||
| metasfresh through 5.175 contains a missing record-level authorization vulnerability in BoardRestController that allows authenticated low-privilege users to bypass role and organization access checks. Attackers can call the getBoard, getCard, addCard, removeCard and patchCard handlers to read records outside their scope and modify board card assignments. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111346 | 2026-10-16 | 5.4 Medium | ||
| ZenTao PMS through 22.6 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in action::editComment that allows authenticated users to read and overwrite other users' comments by supplying an arbitrary actionID. Attackers can iterate sequential action ids to modify comments on bugs, stories, tasks, and documents in products and projects they cannot access, and view targeted comment content and attachments. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111331 | 1 Dokploy | 1 Dokploy | 2026-10-16 | 6.3 Medium |
| Dokploy through 0.30.8 contains a cross-organization authorization bypass in the port tRPC router that allows authenticated owners or admins of any organization to manage other tenants' ports because the target application's organization is never verified. Attackers supplying a known portId or applicationId to port.create, port.one, port.update, or port.delete can read, modify, delete, or add port mappings, disrupting how victim services are published. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111212 | 1 Imprintlab | 1 Medical-sam-adapter | 2026-10-16 | 4.8 Medium |
| A security flaw has been discovered in ImprintLab Medical-SAM-Adapter 0.1.0-alpha/0.1.0. Affected by this issue is the function session.get_modelmeta.custom_metadata_map of the file models/MobileSAMv2/ultralytics/nn/autobackend.py of the component AutoBackend Model Loading. The manipulation of the argument imgsz/names/kpt_shape results in improper neutralization of directives in dynamically evaluated code. The attack requires a local approach. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
