| CVE-2021-37137 | 6 Debian, Netapp, Netty and 3 more | 24 Debian Linux, Oncommand Insight, Netty and 21 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| The Snappy frame decoder function doesn't restrict the chunk length which may lead to excessive memory usage. Beside this it also may buffer reserved skippable chunks until the whole chunk was received which may lead to excessive memory usage as well. This vulnerability can be triggered by supplying malicious input that decompresses to a very big size (via a network stream or a file) or by sending a huge skippable chunk. | ||||
| CVE-2021-33037 | 5 Apache, Debian, Mcafee and 2 more | 25 Tomcat, Tomee, Debian Linux and 22 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.3 Medium |
| Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.6, 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.46 and 8.5.0 to 8.5.66 did not correctly parse the HTTP transfer-encoding request header in some circumstances leading to the possibility to request smuggling when used with a reverse proxy. Specifically: - Tomcat incorrectly ignored the transfer encoding header if the client declared it would only accept an HTTP/1.0 response; - Tomcat honoured the identify encoding; and - Tomcat did not ensure that, if present, the chunked encoding was the final encoding. | ||||
| CVE-2021-29921 | 3 Oracle, Python, Redhat | 8 Communications Cloud Native Core Automated Test Suite, Communications Cloud Native Core Binding Support Function, Communications Cloud Native Core Network Slice Selection Function and 5 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| In Python before 3,9,5, the ipaddress library mishandles leading zero characters in the octets of an IP address string. This (in some situations) allows attackers to bypass access control that is based on IP addresses. | ||||

| Netty is an open-source, asynchronous event-driven network application framework for rapid development of maintainable high performance protocol servers & clients. In Netty before version 4.1.59.Final there is a vulnerability on Unix-like systems involving an insecure temp file. When netty's multipart decoders are used local information disclosure can occur via the local system temporary directory if temporary storing uploads on the disk is enabled. On unix-like systems, the temporary directory is shared between all user. As such, writing to this directory using APIs that do not explicitly set the file/directory permissions can lead to information disclosure. Of note, this does not impact modern MacOS Operating Systems. The method "File.createTempFile" on unix-like systems creates a random file, but, by default will create this file with the permissions "-rw-r--r--". Thus, if sensitive information is written to this file, other local users can read this information. This is the case in netty's "AbstractDiskHttpData" is vulnerable. This has been fixed in version 4.1.59.Final. As a workaround, one may specify your own "java.io.tmpdir" when you start the JVM or use "DefaultHttpDataFactory.setBaseDir(...)" to set the directory to something that is only readable by the current user. | ||||
| CVE-2020-5398 | 4 Netapp, Oracle, Redhat and 1 more | 34 Data Availability Services, Snapcenter, Application Testing Suite and 31 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| In Spring Framework, versions 5.2.x prior to 5.2.3, versions 5.1.x prior to 5.1.13, and versions 5.0.x prior to 5.0.16, an application is vulnerable to a reflected file download (RFD) attack when it sets a "Content-Disposition" header in the response where the filename attribute is derived from user supplied input. | ||||
| CVE-2020-17521 | 4 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 24 Atlas, Groovy, Snapcenter and 21 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.5 Medium |
| Apache Groovy provides extension methods to aid with creating temporary directories. Prior to this fix, Groovy's implementation of those extension methods was using a now superseded Java JDK method call that is potentially not secure on some operating systems in some contexts. Users not using the extension methods mentioned in the advisory are not affected, but may wish to read the advisory for further details. Versions Affected: 2.0 to 2.4.20, 2.5.0 to 2.5.13, 3.0.0 to 3.0.6, and 4.0.0-alpha-1. Fixed in versions 2.4.21, 2.5.14, 3.0.7, 4.0.0-alpha-2. | ||||
| CVE-2020-13934 | 7 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 17 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 14 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| An h2c direct connection to Apache Tomcat 10.0.0-M1 to 10.0.0-M6, 9.0.0.M5 to 9.0.36 and 8.5.1 to 8.5.56 did not release the HTTP/1.1 processor after the upgrade to HTTP/2. If a sufficient number of such requests were made, an OutOfMemoryException could occur leading to a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2018-15756 | 4 Debian, Oracle, Redhat and 1 more | 42 Debian Linux, Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Communications Brm - Elastic Charging Engine and 39 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| Spring Framework, version 5.1, versions 5.0.x prior to 5.0.10, versions 4.3.x prior to 4.3.20, and older unsupported versions on the 4.2.x branch provide support for range requests when serving static resources through the ResourceHttpRequestHandler, or starting in 5.0 when an annotated controller returns an org.springframework.core.io.Resource. A malicious user (or attacker) can add a range header with a high number of ranges, or with wide ranges that overlap, or both, for a denial of service attack. This vulnerability affects applications that depend on either spring-webmvc or spring-webflux. Such applications must also have a registration for serving static resources (e.g. JS, CSS, images, and others), or have an annotated controller that returns an org.springframework.core.io.Resource. Spring Boot applications that depend on spring-boot-starter-web or spring-boot-starter-webflux are ready to serve static resources out of the box and are therefore vulnerable. | ||||
| CVE-2018-11040 | 3 Debian, Oracle, Vmware | 28 Debian Linux, Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Application Testing Suite and 25 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| Spring Framework, versions 5.0.x prior to 5.0.7 and 4.3.x prior to 4.3.18 and older unsupported versions, allows web applications to enable cross-domain requests via JSONP (JSON with Padding) through AbstractJsonpResponseBodyAdvice for REST controllers and MappingJackson2JsonView for browser requests. Both are not enabled by default in Spring Framework nor Spring Boot, however, when MappingJackson2JsonView is configured in an application, JSONP support is automatically ready to use through the "jsonp" and "callback" JSONP parameters, enabling cross-domain requests. | ||||
| CVE-2018-11039 | 3 Debian, Oracle, Vmware | 33 Debian Linux, Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Application Testing Suite and 30 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| Spring Framework (versions 5.0.x prior to 5.0.7, versions 4.3.x prior to 4.3.18, and older unsupported versions) allow web applications to change the HTTP request method to any HTTP method (including TRACE) using the HiddenHttpMethodFilter in Spring MVC. If an application has a pre-existing XSS vulnerability, a malicious user (or attacker) can use this filter to escalate to an XST (Cross Site Tracing) attack. | ||||
| CVE-2018-0735 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Netapp and 4 more | 24 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Cloud Backup and 21 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| The OpenSSL ECDSA signature algorithm has been shown to be vulnerable to a timing side channel attack. An attacker could use variations in the signing algorithm to recover the private key. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.0j (Affected 1.1.0-1.1.0i). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1a (Affected 1.1.1). | ||||
