CVE-2026-19735 1 Zephyrproject 1 Zephyr 2026-10-11 4.8 Medium
The RFC 6528 initial-sequence-number implementation in subsys/net/ip/tcp.c derived every TCP ISN from SHA-256(unique_key || four-tuple) plus a uptime-derived offset, where unique_key is a 128-bit secret filled once by sys_csrand_get(). The return value of that call was discarded and the once guard was latched to true even when the call failed. Because sys_csrand_get() leaves the destination buffer untouched on failure (it deliberately propagates the entropy-driver error rather than filling the buffer), a single failed call left unique_key as its all-zero BSS content for the remainder of the boot, with no retry, no log message and no fallback. A failure of the cryptographic random source is required to reach the weak state — for example -ENODEV/-EIO from the entropy driver in subsys/random/random_entropy_device.c (the in-tree comment notes that the hardware RNG "might still be gathering entropy during early boot situations"), or psa_generate_random() failing in subsys/random/random_psa.c when PSA crypto is not initialised or is backed by a Bluetooth-HCI entropy device that is not yet up. The first TCP connection is what triggers key generation, so a remote peer that reaches a listening port immediately after boot, or that can provoke a reboot, has indirect influence over whether generation coincides with that window. tcp_init_isn() is called for every passive open in tcp_conn_new() and every active open in net_tcp_connect(), so the poisoned key governs all TCP connections for that boot. With an all-zero key the ISN becomes a public function of the connection four-tuple plus a device-wide time offset. An off-path attacker can compute the hash term offline for any four-tuple and recover the shared time offset from a single observed ISN, after which the ISN the device will pick for other four-tuples is predictable. That defeats exactly the protection RFC 6528 provides: blind TCP connection spoofing against peers that trust the source address, and blind data injection into or reset of connections whose four-tuple can be guessed. Devices whose entropy source never errors were never in the weak state. The fix moves key generation into a single guarded helper that latches only on success, logs the error otherwise, and makes tcp_init_isn() fall back to sys_rand32_get() — the behaviour already used when CONFIG_NET_TCP_ISN_RFC6528 is disabled — instead of hashing with a known-constant key.
CVE-2026-105674 1 Tp-link 1 Tapo C325wb V2 2026-10-09 N/A
TP-Link Tapo C325WB V2 generates the pre-shared key used by its local media streaming service with a time-seeded pseudo-random number generator, making the key predictable and recoverable. An unauthenticated attacker on the adjacent network can recover the key and authenticate to the media streaming service without valid user credentials.  Successful exploitation may allow an unauthenticated adjacent-network attacker to access and take over live video and audio streams, compromising the confidentiality and integrity of camera media.
CVE-2020-14422 5 Fedoraproject, Opensuse, Oracle and 2 more 6 Fedora, Leap, Enterprise Manager Ops Center and 3 more 2026-10-08 5.9 Medium
Lib/ipaddress.py in Python through 3.8.3 improperly computes hash values in the IPv4Interface and IPv6Interface classes, which might allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service if an application is affected by the performance of a dictionary containing IPv4Interface or IPv6Interface objects, and this attacker can cause many dictionary entries to be created. This is fixed in: v3.5.10, v3.5.10rc1; v3.6.12; v3.7.9; v3.8.4, v3.8.4rc1, v3.8.5, v3.8.6, v3.8.6rc1; v3.9.0, v3.9.0b4, v3.9.0b5, v3.9.0rc1, v3.9.0rc2.
CVE-2026-76105 1 Dell 1 Container Storage Modules 2026-10-07 7.7 High
Dell Container Storage Modules, versions prior to 1.18.0 contain(s) an Use of Insufficiently Random Values vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information tampering.
CVE-2026-105786 1 Laurent 22 1 Joplin 2026-10-06 N/A
Joplin is an open source note-taking and to-do application that organises notes and lists into notebooks. Prior to 3.7.13, packages/server/src/models/ApplicationModel.ts accepts a caller-chosen application authorization identifier, applications/:id/confirm binds that identifier to a logged-in user through a generic consent page, and the public packages/server/src/routes/api/application_auth.ts endpoint passes it to ApplicationModel.createAppPassword without authenticating or binding the redeemer. An attacker can cause a victim to approve the attacker's identifier, redeem a durable application ID and password, and exchange the credential for a victim session with full read and write access to synchronized data. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.7.13.
CVE-2026-66047 2 Properfraction, Wordpress 2 Profilepress, Wordpress 2026-10-01 8.1 High
ProfilePress (wp-user-avatar) WordPress plugin before 4.17.2 contains an unauthenticated remote code execution vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to install and activate arbitrary plugins by brute-forcing a weak 32-bit connect token via the ppress_connect_process AJAX handler. Attackers can supply a caller-controlled URL through the file request parameter to trigger silent plugin installation and activation, achieving PHP code execution as the web-server user.
CVE-2026-41701 2 Spring, Vmware 2 Spring Amqp, Spring Advanced Message Queuing Protocol 2026-10-01 4.4 Medium
Correlation IDs for replies in the RabbitTemplate.sendAndReceive() with the fixed reply queue are predictable due to internal simple counter. Affected versions: Spring AMQP 4.0.0 through 4.0.3; 3.2.0 through 3.2.10; 3.1.0 through 3.1.15; 2.4.0 through 2.4.17.
CVE-2026-102719 1 Eclipse 1 Netxduo 2026-09-30 N/A
Predictable DTLS HelloVerifyRequest Cookie in NetX Secure
CVE-2026-80154 1 Lantronix 6 Emg7500, Emg8500, Slb882 and 3 more 2026-09-24 9.6 Critical
All firmware versions of Lantronix SLC8000, SLC9000, EMG8500, EMG7500, SLB882, SLCx-03, and SLCx-02 contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in the web management portal that allows unauthenticated attackers to derive valid session tokens of logged-in users and bypass source IP and User-Agent validation. Session tokens are generated deterministically from the device model and the current time at one-second resolution, resulting in a small enumerable set of possible active tokens. Attackers can construct a crafted URI that exploits file extension handling in the web server path routing to bypass per-session source-address validation, then use a derived token from a different source address to gain elevated privileges on the affected device and potentially impact downstream serial-attached devices.
CVE-2026-96599 1 Isotope 1 Isotope-core 2026-09-24 5.9 Medium
Isotope eCommerce through 2.9.10 derives order identifiers from uniqid() instead of a cryptographically secure source, allowing unauthenticated attackers to guess identifiers. Guest orders lack ownership verification, enabling attackers to access order details including billing address, customer information, and purchased files by supplying a guessed uid parameter.
CVE-2026-92930 1 Openeye 1 Apex Network Video Recorder (nvr) 2026-09-23 6.2 Medium
OpenEye Apex Network Video Recorder (NVR) firmware 3.2.9.376 uses an administrator password-reset unlock-code design that lacks a per-device secret or other server-side cryptographic material. An attacker with physical-console access and access to the privileged password-reset workflow can forge a valid unlock code offline and use it to reset the administrator password. The underlying design has been present since at least firmware 2.2.3.4. Upgrade to version 3.5.4.
CVE-2026-94456 1 Gitroomhq 1 Postiz-app 2026-09-22 9.1 Critical
Postiz generates security-sensitive credentials using `Math.random()` instead of a cryptographically secure source. The same helper is used for OAuth access tokens, authorization codes, client secrets, organization API keys, and PKCE verifiers, meaning these credentials depend entirely on V8’s deterministic xorshift128+ PRNG state. An unauthenticated OAuth dynamic client registration endpoint exposes freshly generated client credentials, giving attackers enough consecutive PRNG output to reconstruct that internal state. Once recovered, they can deterministically derive past and future values produced by the same generator, potentially compromising credentials belonging to other users and organizations.
CVE-2026-19407 2026-09-21 N/A
Bucket Squatting in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform SDK for Python versions prior to 1.166.1 allows an attacker to achieve Remote Code Execution (RCE) and tenant-project token theft.
CVE-2026-71225 2 Redhat, Smuellerdd 7 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Hardened Images and 4 more 2026-09-21 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in libkcapi. When performing one-shot symmetric cipher operations on large inputs (over 64 KiB) in stateful modes such as Counter (CTR) or Cipher Block Chaining (CBC), the library improperly reuses the Initialization Vector (IV) for each internal data chunk. A remote attacker could potentially exploit this by making an application that uses libkcapi process specially crafted large inputs. This can lead to a significant weakening of data confidentiality, as the repeated IV use can expose relationships in encrypted plaintext, and may also affect data integrity by causing incorrect cryptographic processing.
CVE-2026-84606 1 Apple 5 Ios And Ipados, Ipados, Iphone Os and 2 more 2026-09-20 7.5 High
A privacy issue was addressed with improved handling of identifiers. This issue is fixed in iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, visionOS 27. An app may be able to identify a user across reinstalls.
CVE-2026-92912 1 Wwbn 1 Avideo 2026-09-19 6.5 Medium
AVideo through c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 uses cryptographically weak uniqid() values for RTMP publish keys in LiveTransmition, reducing key entropy to approximately one million possibilities per creation second. Attackers who know the channel creation time can brute-force the five-digit microsecond component to forge valid stream keys and broadcast content as the channel owner.
CVE-2026-92913 1 Wwbn 1 Avideo 2026-09-18 7.4 High
AVideo through commit c3edcc274c389816d434acadac07ee78eaf330c1 uses a cryptographically weak pseudo-random number generator when creating account activation / login pairing codes. getRandomCode() in objects/functions.php derives the code entirely from uniqid() (sprintf('%08x%05x', seconds, microseconds)) with a single non-CSPRNG rand() character used only as padding, reducing the code space to roughly 36 x 10^6 (~2^25) values for a known generation second. Because plugin/API/set.json.php?APIName=login_code can be called without authentication, it also serves as an oracle for the server's exact microtime. An unauthenticated remote attacker who guesses a valid, unexpired code (codes expire after 10 minutes) can redeem it at plugin/API/get.json.php?APIName=login_code to obtain the target account's email address and a User::getUserHash(users_id, '+1 year') value, a credential accepted in place of the account password for one year, resulting in account takeover. No patched version is available.
CVE-2026-3416 1 Wso2 4 Api Control Plane, Api Manager, Wso2 Api Control Plane and 1 more 2026-09-15 5.9 Medium
The API Publisher component previously used a non-cryptographic pseudorandom number generator (PRNG) to create shared secrets for Webhook HMAC validation. This PRNG lacks sufficient entropy for security-sensitive operations, allowing a sophisticated attacker to predict future secrets. This enables malicious actors to forge event payloads with valid HMAC signatures, bypassing the API Gateway's authenticity verification. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to predict shared secrets used for Webhook HMAC validation and forge event payloads with valid signatures. This may enable bypassing API Gateway authenticity checks, leading to unauthorized event injection, data manipulation, or downstream system compromise.
CVE-2026-53939 1 Openidc 1 Cjose 2026-09-13 9.1 Critical
OpenIDC/cjose is a C library implementing the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE). In versions 0.6.1 through 0.6.2.5, when cjose encrypts a JWE using an AES-CBC-HMAC content-encryption algorithm (`A128CBC-HS256`, `A192CBC-HS384`, or `A256CBC-HS512`) together with any key-management algorithm that generates a fresh content-encryption key (CEK), the CEK is all zero bytes instead of being randomly generated. The resulting JWE is therefore encrypted and authenticated under a fixed, publicly known key, so anyone who obtains the JWE can recover the plaintext and forge or modify the content. This is fixed in version 0.6.2.6 by `_cjose_jwe_set_cek_aes_cbc()` generating the CEK from `RAND_bytes`. A regression test asserts that the `encrypted_key` differs across two encryptions for each AES-CBC-HMAC variant. Until upgrading, for data encrypted with cjose, three options are available. Use an AES-GCM `enc` (`A128GCM` / `A192GCM` / `A256GCM`) instead of an AES-CBC-HMAC `enc`, use `alg=dir` with a caller-supplied CEK, or avoid using cjose for JWE encryption with the affected algorithm pair. These are mitigations for new ciphertexts only; data already encrypted under the zero key remains compromised and should be re-encrypted (and any secrets it contained rotated).
CVE-2026-86187 1 Wwbn 1 Avideo 2026-09-10 5.9 Medium
WWBN AVideo generates passwords for external-login accounts using rand() instead of a cryptographic generator, producing only 31-bit integers. Attackers with access to password hashes can recover plaintext passwords in minutes through offline brute-force attacks due to unsalted MD5-based hashing.
