| HCL MyXalytics was affected by Content Spoofing Vulnerability. It may allow an attacker to manipulate displayed content, making it appear as though it originates from a trusted source, potentially leading to phishing or data theft. |
| A use of uninitialized variable vulnerability in Fortinet FortiAnalyzer 7.6.3 through 7.6.6 may allow attacker to denial of service via <insert attack vector here> |
| UI misrepresentation in FullScreen in Google Chrome on on Android prior to 152.0.7977.75 allowed a remote attacker to spoof address bar via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) |
| Incomplete cleanup in Network in Google Chrome prior to 152.0.7977.82 allowed a remote attacker to bypass system access restrictions via crafted network traffic. (Chromium security severity: High) |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ALSA: FCP: Use a private URB for the notification endpoint
fcp_init_notify() used mixer->urb, which snd_usb_mixer_status_create()
allocates for the optional UAC2 status interrupt endpoint and mixer.c
kills, resubmits and frees. On a device with that endpoint,
fcp_init_notify()'s "already set up" early return fires on the status
URB and returns success without doing anything. No FCP notification
URB is submitted, and cmd_done is left zeroed because it is
initialised past that early return and nowhere else. fcp_init() then
issues init1_opcode and wait_for_completion_timeout() would crash
adding to the zeroed wait.head. fcp_cleanup_urb() would also kill and
free mixer.c's status URB.
Use a separate URB in fcp_data, and initialise cmd_done in
fcp_init_private() where fcp_data is allocated. fcp_init_notify() is
reached again after suspend via fcp_reinit(), and the URB kill path in
fcp_notify() completes cmd_done, leaving a stale count that would
satisfy the next command's wait before the device ACKs. Use
reinit_completion() to clear it. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
crypto: ccp - Do not initialize SNP for ioctl(SNP_CONFIG)
Sashiko notes:
> if SEV initialization fails and KVM is actively running normal VMs, could a
> userspace process trigger this code path via /dev/sev ioctls (e.g.,
> SEV_PDH_GEN) and zero out MSR_VM_HSAVE_PA globally? Would the next VMRUN

Refuse to re-try initialization if SNP is not already initialized for
SNP_CONFIG.
This is technically an ABI break: before if SNP initialization failed it
could be transparently retriggered by this ioctl, and if no VMs were
running, everything worked fine. Hopefully this is enough of a corner case
that nobody will notice, but someone does, there are a few options:
* do something like symbol_get() for kvm and refuse to initialize if KVM is
loaded
* check each cpu's HSAVE_PA for non-zero data before re-initializing
* once initialization has failed, continue to refuse to initialize until
the ccp module is unloaded |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
pmdomain: mediatek: mfg: initialize prev_o in mtk_mfg_attach_dev()
mtk_mfg_attach_dev() reads prev_o on the first iteration of its loop,
in "if (prev_o && prev_o->freq == o->freq)", before prev_o is assigned
at the end of the loop body. On that first iteration, evaluating prev_o
reads an indeterminate value. If it is non-NULL, the condition
dereferences a stale or invalid pointer, potentially faulting or
incorrectly skipping the first OPP.
Initialize prev_o to NULL. This matches the intent as well: there is no
previous OPP to compare against on the first iteration.
Found with Clang's -Wconditional-uninitialized. |
| Incomplete Cleanup (CWE-459) in Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK) can lead to unauthorized access via Privilege Abuse (CAPEC-122). Authentication credentials persist after a cross-namespace association has been denied by RBAC enforcement, allowing a low-privileged tenant to retain unauthorized read access to the associated Elasticsearch cluster. |
| Spoofing issue in the DOM: Core & HTML component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 155, Firefox ESR 153.2, Thunderbird 155, and Thunderbird 153.2. |
| A malicious webpage could stall a popup's cross-origin navigation after commit, causing the address bar to display the destination origin while continuing to render attacker-controlled content. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox for iOS 155.0. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: x_tables: add and use xtables_unregister_table_exit
Previous change added xtables_unregister_table_pre_exit to detach the
table from the packetpath and to unlink it from the active table list.
In case of rmmod, userspace that is doing set/getsockopt for this table
will not be able to re-instantiate the table:
1. The larval table has been removed already
2. existing instantiated table is no longer on the xt pernet table list.
This adds the second stage helper:
unlink the table from the dying list, free the hook ops (if any) and do
the audit notification. It replaces xt_unregister_table(). |
