CVE-2026-74040 1 Wazuh 2 Wazuh, Wazuh-manager 2026-10-13 9.1 Critical
Wazuh versions from 3.9.0 before 4.14.8 contain an arbitrary file overwrite vulnerability in MasterHandler.process_files_from_worker allowing a cluster worker to overwrite protected master files. Attackers controlling a worker can use a trailing-slash basename bypass and missing extra_valid enforcement to overwrite ossec.conf and agent.conf, achieving root remote code execution across the manager and every agent.
CVE-2026-100831 1 Mozilla 2 Firefox, Thunderbird 2026-10-13 8.8 High
Use-after-free in the DOM: UI Events & Focus Handling component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 153.4, Thunderbird 157, Thunderbird 153.4, and Firefox 157.
CVE-2026-65172 2026-10-13 8.6 High
NVIDIA AIStore for Linux and Kubernetes contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the ETL management API where an unauthenticated remote attacker may access ETL information or control existing ETL jobs by sending crafted GET or POST requests to an AIStore proxy. A successful exploit may lead to information disclosure and unauthorized start or stop operations that affect the integrity and availability of ETL data-processing pipelines.
CVE-2026-108952 1 Thread Project 1 Thread 2026-10-13 4.6 Medium
RT-Thread through 5.3.0 contains a memory corruption vulnerability in the legacy USB CDC virtual COM port driver that aliases rx_ringbuffer as a Serial V2 rt_serial_rx_fifo in _function_enable(). A connected USB host configuring the CDC device triggers writes past the ring buffer into struct vcom members and an invalid rt_free() on close, causing denial of service.
CVE-2026-108828 2 Zen-cart, Zen Cart 2 Zen Cart, Zen Cart 2026-10-13 4.1 Medium
A vulnerability was identified in Zen Cart 2.2.2. Affected by this vulnerability is the function eval of the file admin/configuration.php of the component Admin Panel. The manipulation of the argument gID leads to sql injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The attack is considered to have high complexity. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor explains: "`set_function`/`use_function` are not editable through any normal admin UI (only at plugin-install time via SQL, or via direct database access)".

CVE-2026-64023 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-13 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gpio: aggregator: fix a potential use-after-free On error we free aggr->lookups->dev_id before removing the entry from the lookup table. If a concurrent thread calls gpiod_find() before we remove the entry, it could iterate over the list and call gpiod_match_lookup_table() which unconditionally dereferences dev_id when calling strcmp(). Reverse the order of cleanup.
CVE-2026-64016 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-13 9.8 Critical
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: fix durable reconnect error path file lifetime After a durable reconnect succeeds, ksmbd_reopen_durable_fd() republishes the same ksmbd_file into the session volatile-id table. If smb2_open() then takes a later error path, cleanup first calls ksmbd_fd_put(work, fp) and then unconditionally calls ksmbd_put_durable_fd(dh_info.fp). In this case fp and dh_info.fp are the same object. The first put drops the reconnect lookup reference, but the final durable put can run __ksmbd_close_fd(NULL, fp). Because the final close is not session-aware, it can free the file object without removing the volatile-id entry that was just published into the session table. Use the session-aware put for the final reconnect drop when the reconnect had already succeeded and the error path is cleaning up the republished file. Earlier reconnect failures, before fp is assigned to dh_info.fp, keep using the durable-only put path.
CVE-2026-104633 1 Gitea 1 Gitea 2026-10-13 6.5 Medium
When migrating a repository from another Gitea instance, Gitea used the page size reported in the source server's API settings to end its paginated downloads. A source that reported `max_response_items` as `0` made these loops run indefinitely and grow server memory until it was exhausted. Any user who can migrate repositories could point a migration at a server they control and cause a denial of service.
CVE-2026-105267 1 Gitea 1 Gitea 2026-10-13 8.1 High
The Gitea web route for deleting tags (`POST /{owner}/{repo}/tags/delete`) requires only write access to the Code unit, but shares its handler with release deletion and did not check that the target was a plain tag. A collaborator with Code write access and without Releases write access could permanently delete published releases of that repository, including their attachments. Protected tag rules covering the release tag still blocked the deletion.
CVE-2026-105268 1 Gitea 1 Gitea 2026-10-13 4.3 Medium
The Gitea API routes for issue attachments (`/api/v1/repos/{owner}/{repo}/issues/{index}/assets/{attachment_id}`) also accepted attachments that belong to comments on the issue. Because the author of an issue may edit and delete the issue's attachments, a user who opened an issue could rename or delete attachments that other users had posted in comments on that issue. The contents of the attachments could not be changed.
CVE-2026-106503 2 Backstage, Linuxfoundation 4 Backstage, Plugin-scaffolder-backend, Backstage and 1 more 2026-10-13 8.1 High
Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 3.3.1, 3.4.1, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0, the @backstage/plugin-scaffolder-backend package is affected by scaffolder action input authorization bypass. An authenticated user with access to affected Scaffolder templates could bypass configured action restrictions. Depending on integration credentials, this could grant unauthorized access to repositories and related source-control resources. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.1, 3.4.1, 4.0.3 and 4.1.0.

Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. This product follows a rolling release approach for continuous delivery, so version details for affected or updated releases are not provided. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
