| The User Frontend WordPress plugin before 4.3.12 does not prevent tampering with the role assigned by its registration form, allowing unauthenticated users to register with a higher privileged role, such as Editor.
This affects installations running a PHP build where the sodium extension is unavailable, and where a registration page has been configured. The administrator role cannot be obtained this way. |

| Attacker model / Preconditions: a loaded `TXM_MODULE_USER_MODE | TXM_MODULE_MEMORY_PROTECTION` module issuing kernel dispatch calls, on a build with `TX_ENABLE_EVENT_TRACE`.
A user-mode, memory-protected module can register an arbitrary function pointer as the global trace-full callback. The kernel calls it directly — no validation, no trampoline — from privileged kernel code when the trace buffer wraps.
An invalid pointer faults the kernel (DoS). A pointer into the module's own code was observed running with kernel privilege (`CONTROL.nPRIV = 0`), confirmed at runtime with a register capture inside that code. |

| Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5, an Electron <webview> guest could enable nodeIntegrationInWorker for its Web Workers even when the unsandboxed embedder had Node.js integration disabled, allowing untrusted guest content to create a Node-enabled worker with more privilege than the embedder granted. Applications that do not enable the <webview> tag or that keep the embedder sandboxed are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 41.10.6, 42.9.2, 43.4.1, and 44.0.0-beta.5. |

Exploitation requires an administrator to have granted the export capability to a role that does not hold the All-in-One WP Migration and Backup WordPress plugin before 7.111's own import capability, which is not a default configuration. |

| OpenClaw (npm package `openclaw`) before 2026.7.1 fails to restrict owner-only infrastructure tools exposed through the chat.send endpoint. In Gateway deployments using authentication modes that honor caller identity and narrower operator scopes, a write-scoped non-owner caller can start a chat turn whose tool inventory includes the `gateway` and `cron` tools, causing the agent to invoke owner-only configuration or scheduling operations, including persistent state changes. Practical impact depends on the tools selected by the model and the caller's ability to steer the turn. Shared-secret token and password callers are treated as fully trusted operators under OpenClaw's security model and are outside the scope of this issue. The issue is fixed in 2026.7.1; as a workaround, restrict chat.send to administrators in identity-bearing deployments and remove `gateway` and `cron` from affected agent tool policies. |
