CVSS v3.1 |
| A remote code execution vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. Insufficient bounds validation in the AV1 encoder's SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control allows an attacker to supply crafted video frame pixels that overlap with internal encoder layer context structures. In fork-based video processing services, an attacker can use this to hijack the cyclic refresh map pointer, brute-force the process base address via a crash oracle, and redirect control flow to achieve arbitrary command execution. Exploitation requires the target service to use libaom with SVC encoding enabled and accept attacker-supplied video frames. |
| A heap-buffer-overflow read vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A missing bounds check in the SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control function allows setting a spatial_layer_id exceeding the configured number of layers. This causes an out-of-bounds heap read of approximately 40,728 bytes when computing a layer context array index. An attacker who can influence SVC encoder parameters in a network-facing service could exploit this for information disclosure (heap content leak) or denial of service (segmentation fault from hitting unmapped memory). |
| An arbitrary address write vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A missing bounds check in the SVC (Scalable Video Coding) layer ID control function allows an attacker to inject an arbitrary pointer into the cyclic refresh map field via crafted image pixel values. The encoder then writes approximately 1,200 bytes at the attacker-controlled address. This is fully deterministic and does not require a separate information leak. An attacker who can supply frames to a network-facing libaom encoder with SVC enabled could exploit this for denial of service or potential code execution. |
| A heap buffer overflow vulnerability was found in libaom, the reference AV1 codec implementation. A flaw in the AV1 encoder's Look-Ahead Processing (LAP) mode causes the first-pass stats ring buffer wrap-around guard to be bypassed when g_lag_in_frames is set to 1 or higher. This results in a 232-byte out-of-bounds write on every encoded frame after the second, corrupting adjacent heap objects. An attacker who can influence encoder configuration in a transcoding service or WebRTC session could exploit this to cause a denial of service (process crash) or potentially achieve code execution. |
| A flaw was found in oc-mirror's legacy v1 catalog cache rebuild. When the --build-catalog-cache flag is used, oc-mirror extracts an opm binary from the remote operator catalog image and executes it on the host without verifying its signature, digest, or integrity. An attacker who publishes a malicious catalog image to a registry could supply a trojanized opm binary that is executed with the privileges of the user running oc-mirror, resulting in arbitrary code execution on the mirroring host. |
| Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability in Apache Kylin. Special parameter in JDBC URL can lead to code injection.
Impact most to the kylin services that are directly exposed to public network, which is not common. In-house kylin deployments are mostly not impacted.
This issue affects Apache Kylin: from 4 through 5.0.4.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.0.5, which fixes the issue. |
| A vulnerability was determined in ztxz16 fastllm up to 0.1.8.2. This impacts the function GGUFBuffer::ReadString of the file third_party/gguf/gguf.cpp of the component String Parsing. This manipulation of the argument len causes buffer overflow. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| A flaw was found in odh-dashboard. This vulnerability allows an attacker, who has compromised the dashboard's Service Account (SA) token, to exploit overly broad permissions granted to the SA. This enables the attacker to escalate their privileges to cluster-administrator level, gain access to sensitive data like credentials and keys across the entire cluster, and disrupt multi-tenant isolation. |
| A flaw was found in Feast. An authorization bypass vulnerability exists in the /materialize and /materialize-incremental endpoints. By sending a specially crafted request that omits the feature_views field, an attacker can bypass intended permission checks. This allows an unauthenticated remote attacker, or any authenticated user, to trigger a full re-materialization of all feature views. The consequence is a Denial of Service (DoS) due to data corruption and significant resource consumption across all tenants. |
| A flaw was found in Feast and feast-operator. The default configuration for both the Feast SDK and the feast-operator is "no_auth," meaning no security manager is installed. This default allows unauthenticated and unauthorized access to feature-server, registry-server, and offline-server endpoints. A remote attacker, by exploiting this missing authentication, could achieve remote code execution (RCE) by storing a malicious User-Defined Function (UDF) on the feature-server, trigger a denial of service (DoS) by forcing re-materialization of all tenant features, and gain unauthorized access to cross-tenant data. |
| A flaw was found in Data Science Pipelines (DSP). An attacker with namespace editor privileges can bypass security hardening by submitting a malicious Argo Workflow through the V1 API path. This allows the API server to create pods with elevated privileges, acting as a 'confused deputy' on behalf of the attacker. Successful exploitation grants the attacker node-root access, enabling arbitrary code execution and full control over the underlying node. |
| A flaw was found in the file_type content detector of guardrails-detectors. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to supply an arbitrary XML Schema Definition (XSD) string, which is processed without proper restrictions. This can lead to server-side requests to arbitrary URLs or local file reads, potentially resulting in sensitive information disclosure, such as cloud provider credentials or access to internal network services. |
| A flaw was found in the Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) MaaS Gateway. Improper configuration of the Gateway in a model-serving context allows a standard user with low privileges to intercept, read, log, and alter all MaaS model traffic. This includes sensitive information such as access keys, input prompts, and outputs, leading to significant information disclosure and data tampering. |
| The Groundhogg — CRM, Newsletters, and Marketing Automation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.8.3 via the `create_support_user()` function. This is due to the function identifying the support account solely by matching against publicly hardcoded constants — `user_login` `'groundhogg'` and email addresses `'support@groundhogg.io'` / `'help@groundhogg.io'` — where the `in_array()` email-equality check at line 238 is not a security boundary because any user fully controls their own email value. This makes it possible for an attacker with an account whose `user_login` is `'groundhogg'` and whose `user_email` matches one of the hardcoded support constants to have that account silently promoted to administrator — and additionally to super admin on multisite when the triggering administrator holds `manage_network_options` — resulting in full site takeover. Exploitation requires a two-actor flow: the attacker must first obtain or pre-plant an account with the hardcoded credentials (possible when open user registration is enabled or another account-creation path exists), after which a legitimate administrator must invoke the support-access feature via the `submit_ticket` or `process_send_support_access` entry points to trigger the promotion. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: cw1200: fix TX padding OOB read leaking heap data to device
The TX path rounds the transfer size up to the bus alignment
(align_size(), up to 511 bytes for SDIO, 1 byte for SPI) but sends
the padded length straight from the frame buffer, which has no room
reserved for the padding. cw1200_data_write() therefore reads past
the end of the frame and the bus transfer carries those bytes to the
device. A bogus device can collect up to 511 bytes of kernel heap
data per TX frame.
The RX path does not have this problem: it allocates the skb with
the aligned length (alloc_len) before reading.
Compute the exact padding with the bus align_size() callback, make
sure queued TX frames have tailroom for it, and zero the padding
bytes before the transfer so nothing past the frame is exposed.
This is not expected to change driver behavior on most cases: frame
contents and transfer sizes are unchanged, only the content of the
padding bytes (previously undefined stale memory, now zero), which
the device never reads since the WSM header carries the real frame
length. The skb expansion can only fail under memory exhaustion,
in which case the frame is dropped like on the existing error paths
of cw1200_tx().

| The Photo Reviews for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'wcpr_image_upload_id' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.30 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The publicly-emitted `wcpr_image_upload` nonce printed on every product review form is the only gate, and no capability, authentication, or attachment ownership check is performed, allowing the payload to be stored in comment meta — which is not subject to `wp_kses` — by any unauthenticated visitor; the XSS fires once the review is visible on the frontend. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ip_gre: Reject enabling collect metadata through changelink
ipgre_netlink_parms() can enable collect_md on an existing GRE, GRETAP
or ERSPAN device. Unlike newlink, changelink does not enforce metadata
tunnel uniqueness. Converting a non-metadata device can therefore
replace the metadata receive entry for another device of the same type
in the same netns. Deleting either device then clears the shared entry,
breaking metadata receive lookup for the surviving device.
If parameter validation fails after collect_md is set, deleting the
modified device can also clear an entry it never owned.
Reject enabling metadata mode in both changelink callbacks before any
encapsulation or tunnel parameters are modified. Allow requests that
repeat the metadata attribute on an existing metadata device. |
| A flaw was found in the Open Virtual Network (OVN). In OVN clusters where BFD is used between hypervisors for high availability, an attacker can inject specially crafted BFD packets from inside unprivileged workloads, including virtual machines or containers, that can trigger a denial of service. |
| A unauthenticated remote peer may lead rsyslogd to crash due to a flaw in the optional imptcp module. A crafted input sequence during oversize-frame recovery can cause an invalid internal message length and terminate rsyslogd. No confidentiality or integrity impact, privilege escalation, or code execution has been identified. imtcp and the default imptcp framing modes are not affected. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iio: light: gp2ap020a00f: drain irq_work after free_irq
The threaded IRQ handler queues data->work through irq_work_queue() so
the trigger is polled from a per-CPU context. free_irq() does not flush
an irq_work the handler already queued, so after gp2ap020a00f_remove()
returns that work may still run and call iio_trigger_poll() on data->trig,
which the devm cleanup has already freed, causing a use-after-free.
Add irq_work_sync(&data->work) after free_irq() in remove() and in the
probe error path, mirroring commit 78601726d4a5 ("iio: trigger: sysfs:
fix use-after-free on remove").
Found by an in-house static analysis tool, confirmed by manual review. |
